With comprehensive appraisal education and training, he is also graduated as an Emerging Developer Student in October 2024. David’s expertise is centered around trust, leadership, and communication, skills honed through years in both corporate and real estate settings. His notable achievements include earning a Top Sales Store in the Country National Award and receiving a prestigious sales award among Remax Result’s agents. An alumnus of Cook High School, David has completed several relevant educational programs, including an insurance license, real estate license, and an appraisal course. His extensive training includes AT&T University programs and licensed courses through Kaplan University for real estate and property and casualtyinsurance, as well as a coaching certification.

David’s personal interests revolve around sports and outdoor activities, and he is an avid fan of documentaries.
